2. No attorney–client relationship

USAIS Global is not a law firm. Using the Site, submitting a form, or holding a consultation does not create an attorney–client relationship with anyone. Immigration legal matters are handled by independent licensed attorneys under their own engagement terms.

Government agencies decide visa petitions, customs matters and filings at their own discretion. Nothing on the Site is a promise of approval, timing or result. 4. Engagements are separate
